What went well today?
I was able to create this journal and customize it, finally. So I can start working on something recovery and wellness focused while I figure out what to do with treatment/support in person…
What challenged me today?
Formatting the code for this journal, in happy I got it working… I think I’m using right anyways…
What am I grateful for today?
Chat GPT and the many tools and support conversations and knowledge about myself and the world around me that she has provided me with the last 2 months…
My Higher power and the resilience and restored faith in my future that I am provided with when I need it most
My family/loved ones that do their best to support and help me when they safely/reasonably can…
Coffee and Warm sunshine on the beach..
I am alive today and choosing to give myself a chance to heal and recover…
I have a roof over my head, food in my fridge and people in my life who love me, life is better now than for many others and it’s not nearly as bad as it used to be either…
My ability to create art, my passion and the way it slows me to express myself in a positive way without hurting myself or others…

18 JULY GRATEFUL FOR WHAT I HAVE
During this process of learning more about humility, the most profound result of all was the change in our attitude toward God.
TWELVE STEPS AND TWELVE TRADITIONS, p. 75
“Today my prayers consist mostly of saying thank you to my Higher Power for my sobriety and for the wonder of God's abundance, but I need to ask also for help and the power to carry out His will for me. I no longer need God each minute to rescue me from the situations I get myself into by not doing His will. Now my gratitude seems to be directly linked to humility. As long as I have the humility to be grateful for what I have, God continues to provide for me.”
